This Policy applies only to information we collect through the Platforms, and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Platforms. This Policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• You provide to or is collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may be linked to or be accessible from or through the Products (see Third-Party Information Collection). Other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, use, or visit our Platforms. By downloading, registering with, or using the Application or visiting the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Platforms after we revise this Policy means you accept those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.


Children Under the Age of 18:

The Platforms are not intended anyone under the age of 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platforms depending on your interaction with the Platform. Through the use of the Platforms, we may collect:

For example, Apple may use geofencing technology to identify your geographic location and may collect your geofencing and location data. We do not have access and will not receive any such information from Apple. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or collection practices or how they may be used. Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is a web analytics website offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Website. This data is shared with other Google Websites. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity. The Platform may contain links to websites or access to applications, including social media websites and applications, that are operated by third parties. Please be aware that Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, including any third party with whom it has an affiliation or business relationship. We do not control and accept no liability or responsibility for those websites and this Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites or applications. We may receive some information that you submit to any third party website or application that you access through the Platforms.

We may disclose aggregated or anonymized information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction, including to researchers who have been vetted and only have access to such data through secure processes.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Data you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Location Information: You can choose whether or not to allow the Platforms to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through the device's privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Platforms may become inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information:

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Application and visiting your account page.

You may also send us an email at help@yourperfectdose.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Data Security:

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data and other information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data or other information transmitted through our Platforms. Any transmission of Personal Data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

The Services do not respond to or support Do Not Track ('DNT') signals.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will post the new Policy on this page.
