Your Perfect Dose ("Company" or "We") respects committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy ("Policy"). This Policy describes:

  • The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use the Your Perfect Dose Application (the "Application") or visit our Website www.yourperfectdose.com (collectively the "Platform/s").
  • Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies only to information we collect through the Platforms, and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Platforms. This Policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

  • You provide to us offline or through other means, including on any other websites operated by Company or any third party.
  • You provide to or is collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may be linked to or be accessible from or through the Products (see Third-Party Information Collection). Other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, use, or visit our Platforms. By downloading, registering with, or using the Application or visiting the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Platforms after we revise this Policy means you accept those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 18:

The Platforms are not intended anyone under the age of 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect and How We Collect It:

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platforms depending on your interaction with the Platform. Through the use of the Platforms, we may collect:

  • Personal Data: By which you may be personally identified, such as name (if you choose to provide it), e-mail address, login credentials, and any other information you provide in which you may be personally identifiable ("Personal Data")
  • Usage Data: Data may be collected from you automatically when you access our Platforms about how you access and use such Platforms ('Usage Data'). If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the Application or visit our Website.

Technologies Used for Automatic Data Collection:

We may use 'cookies' to collect certain information to ensure that you get the most out of the Platforms. For example, when you visit the Website again, the cookie allows the Website to recognize your browser. Cookies allow us to monitor usage of the Platforms, improve the Planforms' usability, authenticate users, and to personalize the content for you. Third Party Tracking Technologies:
Third-party services providers that we engage may also place their own tracking technology on your device. The information that they collect may be associated with your Personal Data or they may collect information, including Personal Data, about your online activities over time and across different websites and applications. For example, Apple may use geofencing technology to identify your geographic location and may collect your geofencing and location data. We do not have access and will not receive any such information from Apple. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or collection practices or how they may be used. Note that this Privacy Policy covers only our use of cookies and does not include use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any third parties. Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is a web analytics website offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Website. This data is shared with other Google Websites. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity. Third Party Links:

The Platform may contain links to websites or access to applications, including social media websites and applications, that are operated by third parties. Please be aware that Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, including any third party with whom it has an affiliation or business relationship. We do not control and accept no liability or responsibility for those websites and this Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites or applications. Please consult the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third parties to find out how they collect and use your Personal Data and to establish whether they use cookies and what they use them for. We may receive some information that you submit to any third party website or application that you access through the Platforms.

How We May Use Your Information:

Company may use Personal Data or other information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Platforms, including to monitor the usage of our Platforms and to provide any other information, products or services that you request from us.
  • To contact you: To contact you by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, regarding updates or informative communications.

The Usage Information we collect helps us to improve our Platforms and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Platforms according to your individual interests.

  • Recognize you when you use the Platforms.

Disclosure of Your Information:

We may disclose aggregated or anonymized information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction, including to researchers who have been vetted and only have access to such data through secure processes. We may disclose Personal Data that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties when instructed by our business partners and as necessary to provide the Platforms and services that our business partners have requested. For the purpose of clarity, if Company receives a request by a governmental or regulatory agency concerning your use of the Platforms, including the application, such use may be disclosed to such entity at Company's sole discretion. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information:

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Data you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: Tracking Technologies and Advertising: You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Platforms may then be inaccessible or not function properly. Promotional Offers from Company: We may use your Personal Data to provide you with newsletters, marketing, or promotion materials. If you do not wish to have your email address used by Company to promote our services and Platforms, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to  help@yourperfectdose.com.

If we have sent you a promotional email, you may click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email or send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. Location Information: You can choose whether or not to allow the Platforms to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through the device's privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Platforms may become inaccessible or not function properly. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ('NAI') on the NAI's website. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information:

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Application and visiting your account page. You may also send us an email at  help@yourperfectdose.com  to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Data Security:

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data and other information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data or other information transmitted through our Platforms. Any transmission of Personal Data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Your State Privacy Rights:

California's Shine the Light Law:

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users that are residents of California to request the following information regarding our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes: (i) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to certain third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year; (ii) the identity of certain third parties that received personal information from us for their direct marketing purposes during that calendar year; and (iii) where the nature of the third parties' business is not reasonably determinable, examples of the products or services marketed (if we have that information). 'Do Not Track' Policy as Required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA):

The Services do not respond to or support Do Not Track ('DNT') signals. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy:

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will post the new Policy on this page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
