How do I earn the $50 Amazon gift card?
Use our app once daily for 10 days. You must complete a minimum of 6 check-ins within the first 10 days of download. After the 10 day test period, we will send you a follow up survey to get your feedback. Once the survey is completed, we will email you a $50 Amazon gift card within 1-2 business days.
